SHIPPING
By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.
- All orders are packed and shipped within *24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Sale periods may impact this time due to high volumes.
- Orders placed after 10 am AEST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be shipped the following business day
- All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee.
- We do our best to avoid any additional taxes, however, we are not responsible for customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. We do not offer refunds for these costs.
Covid-19 Delays
Domestic and international deliveries are ongoing but remain affected by COVID-19 and some countries are not currently accepting deliveries due to COVID-19 restrictions. We endeavour to package and send your desired order as early as possible and have it delivered to your door satisfactorily.
All Australian standard orders under $100.00(AUD) are charged a flat rate of $10.00(AUD) and orders of $100.00(AUD) or over are shipped for FREE!

INCLUDING MORE ITEMS OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER
Flamboyant Co will be happy to help you out including more items to your existing order or to cancel it, as long as it has not been already sent out for delivery.
A refund for a cancelled order will be placed in about 3-5 business days after its request. A Store Voucher will be available to use immediately.
Please refer to your local government for duties and taxes website. We are legally required to declare the total value paid on international shipments. Flamboyant Co reserves the right to deduct any returns costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.
